Lead PMO Analyst
RFT Technology is a business transformation department within Operations & Technology. We service a very diverse client base including Treasury, Finance, Group Risk and R&A. We are a global team of c4000 colleagues situated in the major location hubs: London, New York, New Jersey, Pune and Mumbai.

The Program Integration Office PMO team provides the Project Management Office (PMO) a major project or portfolio to support the overall delivery of the desired outcomes and benefits in line with Barclay's governance requirements and best practice. We seek to recruit a PMO Lead Analyst who will provide a world class level of support on all project management tools, techniques, processes and governance. This is a key role within a highly skilled team reaching out to Senior Stakeholders and Teams across Barclays.
What will you be doing?
?Coordinate relationships with and between key stakeholders, during the design, management and implementation of business change
?Effective business change by building relationships with and between senior strategists, planners and operational business partners
?Ensure adherence to Execution Risk Governance and the Change Delivery Control Standards
?Ensure that the appropriate change management tools (e.g. Navigator, Agile Central) are up to date
?Create and maintain initiative plans and work with initiative stakeholders to actively manage day to day activities
?Ensure the various Project/Program Forums as well as the Accountable Executives have complete oversight on the project's progress
?Manage relationships with 3rd party resource agencies, internal / external
?Ensure all RAIDs are identified and addressed promptly and escalated if necessary
What we're looking for:
?BS Degree Holder
?7 years' extensive experience in managing projects with medium to high complexity in large cross-functional team globally
Skills that will help you in the role:
?Formal accreditation in Project management methodology
?Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders some of a more senior level
?Experience of working with Technology to deliver large scale transformation program in financial services
?Ability to execute quickly and effectively with strong influencing skills and ability to get things done in a complex matrix structure
