Huachuca, AZ location. Your future duties and responsibilities Installs, tests, analyzes, and provides problem resolution for software hardware elements within the USAICoE organization on the Ft Huachuca post and training network. Makes corrections necessary to systems software and hardware ensuring the availability of information systems (IS). Maintains servicing and maintenance activities. The work is completed on a military installation in environmentally controlled server rooms, classrooms office areas. Deploys, manages maintains USAICoE (IS) Information Systems. AGM Windows 10 deployment Configures manages Active Directory, Configures manages group policy Provides system patching services Performs administration in a virtual machine environment Conducts computer, thin-client and server hardware maintenance Provides overall classroom and training domain software hardware support. Provide technical assistance and support either in person or by phone. Create incident tickets and route to appropriate support personnel. Communicate regularly with vendors and higher level maintenance support. Windows 10 administration Deploy and track IT assets, manage maintain servers, configure file and printer services, configure network services and access, configure a network policy server infrastructure Configure and manage Active Directory, configure and manage group policy patch application and management Thin-client administration using tools such as VMware Horizon PC, Thin-Client and server hardware maintenance. Required qualifications to be successful in this role A High School DiplomaGED AND 4 years of directly related experience is required for this position. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement. Four years' IT experience (hardware and software), providing knowledge and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a current and valid DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II certification within 180 days of hire. Must hold current Top SecretSCI clearance or be able to acquire a Top SecretSCI clearance. Must be willing to work as part of a Tier III, IT help desk call center.
