This position will provide high level personalized supportto Business Banking sales and RSS team members needs specifically with deposit related activities.
Execute several aspects of deposit servicing for business portfoliocustomers that will elevate the customers experience with the intent to retainand grow existing portfolios by completing maintenance, updating signature cards, and processing monetary transactions
Responsible for all aspects of audit controls with saved work, as well as maintaining internal records for quality control checks
Experience handling customer service needs as well as aclear understanding of business customer needs and products
Experience in mainframe application is a plus
Hours and Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Hours per Week: 40
High School or GED required
Associate's degree preferred or relative work experience
Strong customer service and communication skills to interactwith internal and external customers in a mature and professional manner;ability to understand complicated customer transactions, diagnose customer problemsand determine appropriate solutions
Working knowledge of computers as well as Excel and Wordprograms
3 years customer service experience handling and resolvingcustomer complaints;
Continuously build relationships with peers and colleagues over the telephonethrough consistent follow up to problem resolution
Work with several internal and external partners to resolveproblems,
Must be able to follow detailed set procedures to ensurehighest standards for audit and risk purposes
Preferred skills and understanding of business deposit products toassist sales in providing customers with a positive experience
Basic understanding of key federal regulations and laws thatimpact business customers
