As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own and manage AccountWatch - FRT s retail-facing recovery product - leading programs, activities and content focused on driving market interest in the product suite.

The Role: As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at FRT, you will:

Own and manage all product marketing activities associated with AccountWatch, FRTs retail-facing product

Define AccountWatch product/service offering and deliver corresponding content, including overseeing the creation of web pages, white papers, case studies, and positioning documentation
Deliver materials and training designed to support sales to new clients and the retention of existing clients. Provide support through demo instruction and sales tool development, functional demonstrations, and telephone/in-person consultation
Serve as the internal and external evangelist for FRT s retail recovery products, working with the sales channel and engaging key customers

Lead programs, activities, and content focused on driving market interest in the AccountWatch product suite

Lead the company efforts in product messaging, positioning, overall go-to-market strategy and planning for FRT s AccountWatch program and associated service offerings. Go-to-market planning and execution responsibilities include market analysis/ segmentation, sales/support training and enablement; pricing; and marketing campaign and event support
Working with our retail partners and advisors, drive awareness and adoption of FRT's retail offerings to its customer base;
Gather market feedback through the Client Advisory Board, partnership with sales team, client services and independent research
Develop an in-depth understanding of the competition as it relates to the product s positioning and messaging

Coordinate activities with internal partners necessary to achieve key objectives relating to the AccountWatch product

Coordinate cross-functional Product Launch/Leadership Team meetings to ensure efficient organizational collaboration and successful product launch/delivery
Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customers to provide input into product development roadmap and prioritization
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Client Services on all outbound marketing activity such as lead generation strategy, internal/external communication, sales enablement, client services support and partner marketing
Support all areas of the business as subject matter expert on AccountWatch service offerings and product positioning

Our ideal candidate is:

College educated, with several years experience in a product marketing function, preferably with software or SaaS companies that serve financial institutions (experience in retail banking is a plus), and a demonstrated track record of success in defining or leading the definition of a market-facing software/services-based capability;
Familiar with the principles of web-based product delivery;
An excellent writer and verbal communicator: You are able to create detailed marketing plans and presentations as well as communicate product capabilities and positioning to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners;
Equally comfortable leading in a fast-paced, deliverables-focused environment and managing the implementation of the repeatable process activities required for the marketing and long-term success of the company s product lines;
Able to make and communicate business value assessments as required for negotiating trade-off decisions with internal stakeholders;
Highly collaborative, prioritizing collaboration over credit, and interested in building strong relationships with peers across corporate functions;
Intellectually curious, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous growth; and
